# Capture Captains

Capture Captains is our first promotional NFT, designed to offer the profile picture functionality for social media that NFT enthusiasts love.

In addition to that, holding a Capture Captains NFT will give you a free mint for one of our upcoming [Polyparrot NFTs](/plodding-isles/plodding-isles-game/core-gameplay-elements/polyparrots-pet-battles.md). This will give players a head start when battling [Polyparrots](/plodding-isles/plodding-isles-game/core-gameplay-elements/polyparrots-pet-battles.md) in the Plodding Isles video game. Players will also have access to the Quartermasters Hidden Stash and access to the exclusive Captains' Lounge in the Plodding Isles game, both of which will offer in-game [buffs](/plodding-isles/overview/glossary.md) and perks.

Players will also be allowed to use their Capture Captains NFT as crew members in their ships alongside their Plodding Pirates NFTs.\
